The project includes 8 residential buildings consisting of 3 levels of Type VA construction with a leasing and amenities building. Situated on 7+ acres, there are 194 units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. Each type of unit will also boast a mobility-adapted unit. The project will feature a central area with a playground, splash station, and multiple managers’ units.
