Monarch Hillside Apartments is a new 249-unit residential development located on a 5.5-acre site in San Diego. The project includes a mix of market-rate and below-market-rate units across five residential buildings and a leasing office. Construction consists of four- and five-story Type III buildings over a basement, as well as tuck-under garages and surface parking. Amenities include a pool and spa, co-working areas, a fitness and yoga studio, a rooftop deck, and a pickleball court.
